bmibaby is a low cost airline, formed as part of the bmi group.
Launched in 2002, bmibaby flies from : East Midlands, Birmingham,
and Belfast City to 36 European destinations.
East Midlands Airport to: Alghero, Alicante, Almeria, Amsterdam,
Barcelona, Belfast City, Catania (Sicily),Chambery, Cologne, Corfu,
Dubrovnik, Edinburgh, Faro, Geneva, Gibraltar, Glasgow
International, Jersey, Ibiza, Malaga, Malta, Mahon, Munich, Murcia,
Naples, Newquay, Nice, Palma, Paris, Prague, Toulouse, Venice and
Verona.

The bmi group has operated from East Midlands since the airport
opened in 1965 – and the bmi group has been an embedded part of the
local community for the past 44 years, operating the first
scheduled services from the region.
bmibaby operates 14 Boeing 737 aircraft (2 x 737-500, 12 x
737-300), flying over 700 services per week in peak season.
Since 1 July 2009 bmi has been a member of the Lufthansa group
of airlines.
